On behalf of a private landlord the brief was to reduce the footprint from seven hundred & fifty square metres down to four hundred square metres. A “Google’ like space was mentioned as Fortro embarked on executing the architectural plans. Many materials and products were specifically sourced to produce the clients vision. A full remodel ensured Fortro was flexible to deliver everything from reception & kitchens to bathrooms. Many different trades were seamlessly coordinated to deliver a premium product.
